Dear Mrs Gurney

I am one of the continence advisors based at kidderminster health centre and i am writing to you to inform you of how very impressed i was with the standard of care demonstrated from all of your carers, I have been fortunate to work with,within both of your residential homes.

Their attitude towards continence care and the promotion of continence was excellent and at each of my visits thay have been compassionate,enthusiastic, and dedicated when supporting residents with treatment programmes to promote their continence. I feel that their hard work and support the results that have been achieved would not have been possible.

The benifits this has for residents in the long term is overwhelming good in promotionof not only continence but also skin integrity as well as maintaining their dignity. I hope that you would be able to pass on my comments to your staff and thank them for their engagement within continence care.
