Hernes Nest House is a residential home to 21 elderly residents, in the beautiful riverside town of Bewdley. The Home is seeking a Care Supervisor to join its management team. The Care Supervisor will support the Care Manager in all aspects of the Home's management and take temporary charge during the absence of the Care Manager. The Supervisor will also support all staff in the delivery of care to our residents, always striving to maintain the high standards the Home works towards. The Home prides itself on delivering person centred care, empathising with residents with dementia and constantly look at innovative ways of ensuring their dementia journey is filled with joy and laughter. The Care Supervisor must have excellent communication skills and will work with staff towards achieving the Home's mission, objectives and goals. Care Supervisor hours will be 8-4 Monday to Friday although will expected to work a couple of early shifts a week 7:30 - 3:30. On-call is part of this role, you will be expected to do a couple of nights in the week and alternative weekends.

Care experience and a Health and Social Care Diploma Level 3 is essential, Residential Care experience is desirable.
